Introduction

Background of Standard Revision and Technology Evolution

This standard, as an alternative version of YY 0777-2010, reflects the development achievements of radiofrequency thermal therapy technology over the past decade. It mainly deletes non-core clauses such as appearance inspection and composition structure, and strengthens key technical indicators such as output power accuracy (±20%) and temperature control (±0.5℃).

Comparison of core technical requirements

Technical parameters 2010 version requirements 2023 version requirements Range of change
Output power error Not specified ≤±20% New quantitative indicators
Temperature measurement channels Unspecified number ≥5 channels Add multi-point monitoring
Temperature control accuracy ±1℃ ±0.5℃ Accuracy improved by 50%

Details of key technical specifications

1. Electromagnetic parameter requirements

The operating frequency range remains 3MHz-120MHz, but a new frequency stability requirement is added (nominal value ±2%). The test needs to be measured at rated power using a frequency meter (accuracy ±0.5%).

2. Temperature control system

Use fiber optic thermometer (accuracy ±0.1℃) as the standard reference, and require the equipment to:

  • Equipped with automatic temperature control mode
  • Settings above 45℃ require special operation to unlock
  • Temperature fluctuation curve recording interval ≤ 1 minute

Safety protection mechanism

Typical safety design case: When the temperature measurement channel is abnormal or the communication is interrupted, the system needs to alarm at a sound pressure level of 60dB(A) and automatically cut off the RF output, and the visual warning needs to continue until manual reset. The emergency stop device must meet the requirement of single action to cut off all power sources.

Implementation suggestions

  1. Upgrade the power calibration system to ensure that the power output error within the full range is ≤±15% (reserve a 5% margin)
  2. Use a distributed temperature sensing network, and it is recommended to configure 8-10 temperature measurement points (exceeding the minimum standard requirement)
  3. Electromagnetic compatibility design must meet the dual requirements of GB 9706.1 and GB 9706.203-2020
