本标准是对YY 91075-1999《子宫腔内窥镜》的修订。
本标准规定了硬性宫腔内窥镜的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、标签和使用说明书、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于硬性宫腔内窥镜。宫腔镜主要用于医学临床中对子宫腔疾病的诊断和配合手术器械进行治疗。
本标准不适用于高频电切宫腔镜。
本标准与YY 91075-1999相比主要变化如下：
——增加了分类与标记；
——对标准名称进行了规范；
——将宫腔内窥镜分为检查宫腔镜和手术宫腔镜两类，手术宫腔镜又分为一体式和分体式两种；
——分别对两种宫腔镜提出了具体参数和技术要求；
——增加了生物相容性要求。
电气连接部分全面贯彻GB 9706.1-1995《医用设备 第一部分：安全通用要求》和GB 9706.19-2000《医用电气设备 第2部分：内窥镜设备安全专用要求》的有关规定，具体内容以附录A形式给出。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of rigid hysteroscopes. This standard applies to rigid hysteroscopes (hereinafter referred to as hysteroscopes). Hysteroscopy is mainly used in medical clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine cavity diseases with surgical instruments. This standard does not apply to high-frequency resection hysteroscopy.
