1. Material performance matrix

The standard adopts a grading system to evaluate protective clothing materials:

  • Physical properties: A 6-level grading system is used to evaluate tear strength, breaking strength and other indicators
  • Liquid barrier: Resistance to hydrostatic pressure is divided into 5 levels (level 2 and above meet the requirements), and resistance to synthetic blood penetration is divided into 6 levels

2. Core system requirements

Electric air supply system must meet the following requirements:

  1. Minimum air supply volume ≥170L/min
  2. Continuous operation time ≥4 hours
  3. Noise ≤75dB(A)

Typical case: A certain type of protective clothing adopts a double filter element design and still maintains a filtration efficiency of 99.99% at a flow rate of 85L/min.
