本标准规定了用于实验室测定一定压力下持续接触液体，如防护服反复暴露在受压的泼溅和喷洒的液体中，防护服材料抗液体穿透能力的试验方法。防护服“合格／不合格”的结论以目测液体穿透情况确定。
本试验方法通常用于评价防护服材料和从防护服成品上取样材料的防护效果。

Scope

This standard specifies a test method for the laboratory determination of the resistance of protective clothing materials to liquid penetration under constant contact with liquids under a certain pressure, such as repeated exposure of protective clothing to pressurized splashes and sprays of liquids. The "pass/fail" conclusion of protective clothing is determined by visual inspection of liquid penetration. This test method is generally used to evaluate the protective effectiveness of protective clothing materials and materials sampled from finished protective clothing.
