Introduction
Standard Framework and Development Background
This standard revision adopts ISO/TS 22595-1:2006 international standard and combines the technical transformation with the Chinese medical device regulatory requirements. The main adjustments include: the pressure unit is unified as kPa, the reference standard is replaced with the current domestic version, and the specific requirements of 11 test methods are supplemented.

Key technical requirements
5.2.17 Safety valve performance
The system must be equipped with a safety valve. When all suction ports are closed, the vacuum value must not exceed 25kPa. The test method is: run the system after closing all suction connection points, and measure the pressure value with a precision vacuum gauge.
5.3.1 Flow rate standard
- High capacity system: each interface ≥250L/min
- Medium capacity system: each interface ≥90L/min
During the test, the suction machine characteristic curve provided by the manufacturer must be combined, and the flow rate must be converted by measuring the pressure point data of the section pipe.

Installation specifications
The exhaust pipe must be an independent pipe, and the air outlet should be:
1. It should be installed on the roof of the building first
2. It should be ≥3m away from doors and windows
3. It should be equipped with a backflow prevention device
Maintenance suggestions
The bacterial filter needs to be replaced regularly, and maintenance should be performed immediately when the differential pressure gauge reading exceeds 5kPa. The separation efficiency of the silver-mercury alloy separator needs to be tested monthly according to the requirements of YY 0835.
