Scope

This document stipulates the composition and requirements of medical temperature controllers, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to equipment that is used in clinical use environments in medical institutions to exchange heat with the human body through blankets, pads and other components to physically heat and/or cool the human body outside the body to assist in regulating body temperature.
