Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, identification, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genotyping kit (SSP method) products. This standard applies to genotyping kits for detecting human leukocyte antigen by SSP method (hereinafter referred to as kits). The kit is mainly used for low-resolution and medium-resolution genotyping of HLA class I A, B and C loci and class II DRB and DQB loci.
