Interpretation of the core content of the standard

As a special supplement to the YY/T 0734 series of standards, this standard proposes 21 technical indicators for the ultrasonic cleaning module of the cleaner-disinfector. The main specifications are:

Analysis of key technical requirements

4.1 Ultrasonic cavity design

The standard stipulates that the cavity must meet: 120℃ high temperature tolerance, ΔT≤35℃ temperature rise limit, and mandatory observation window/liquid level indicator. In practical applications, it is recommended to use sintering adhesive bonding process to ensure the reliability of transducer connection.

4.5-4.7 Power parameters

The power-to-volume ratio is calculated using the formula PH=Pp/V, where:

  • Input power measurement requires the use of a power meter with an accuracy of ≥1%
  • The transducer efficiency η should be provided in writing by the manufacturer

When upgrading the fully-automatic cleaning and disinfection device, the disinfection supply center of a tertiary hospital selected equipment with a power-to-volume ratio of 25W/L in accordance with Clause 4.6 of this standard, which increased the qualified rate of protein residue detection in surgical instruments by 32%.
