Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of flanged cast steel bellows stop valves with flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces in accordance with GB/T 569 and GB/T 2501. This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and acceptance of stop valves for ship steam, high-temperature water, high-temperature oil, vacuum, refrigeration and freezing equipment systems with a nominal pressure not higher than 2.5 MPa and an operating temperature of -30°C to 250°C.
