本标准于2004年8月18日首次发布。本标准为第一次制定。本标准主要参考国家标准GB/T 18997.1 -2003《铝塑复合压力管第1部分:铝管搭接焊式铝塑管》,GB/T 18742-2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统》,GB/T 13663-2000《给水用聚乙烯(PE)管材》及城镇建设行业标准CJ/T 175-2002《冷热水用耐热聚乙烯(PE-RT)管道系统》等标准编写。本标准规定了由搭接焊铝管作为嵌入金属层增强，通过共挤热熔粘合剂与内层聚丙烯或聚乙烯、外层聚丙烯塑料复合而成的外层熔接型铝塑复合压力管的定义、符号、缩略语、分类标记、材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、使用说明书、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于冷热水管道系统，包括工业及民用冷热水、饮用水和热水采暖系统等。本标准不适用于灭火系统和非水介质的流体输送系统。

Scope

This standard specifies the outer layer fusion-type aluminum-plastic composite composed of lap-welded aluminum pipes as embedded metal layer reinforcement, and composited with an inner layer of polypropylene or polyethylene and an outer layer of polypropylene plastic through co-extrusion of hot-melt adhesive. Definition, symbols, abbreviations, classification marks, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of pressure pipes (hereinafter referred to as composite pipes). This standard applies to hot and cold water pipeline systems, including industrial and civil hot and cold water, drinking water and hot water heating systems. This standard does not apply to fire extinguishing systems and fluid delivery systems for non-aqueous media.
