Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural type, model, technical characteristics, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of split pilot-operated pressure reducing and stabilizing valves (hereinafter referred to as pressure reducing valves). This standard is applicable to pressure reducing valves with nominal pressures PN10~PN25, nominal sizes DN50~DN800, medium is water, temperature is not higher than 80°C, and pressure reducing valves for piping systems such as water supply and air conditioning water.
