本标准规定了液化石油气钢瓶出厂运输包装过程中的要求。本标准适用于正常环境温度为一40℃～60℃，水压试验不大于3．2MPa，公称容积不小于150L可重复充装液化石油气的钢质焊接气瓶。本标准不适用于在用钢瓶。本标准代替CJ/T 35-1999(ZBJ 74009-1989)((液化石油气钢瓶包装运输规定》
本标准与CJ/T 35-1999(ZBJ 74009-1989)相比主要变化如下:
—由于GB1 5380-2001《小容积液化石油气钢瓶》的发布实施，以及液化石油气钢瓶结构的多用途变化，由此增加了对多结构用途液化石油气钢瓶的包装和运输规定;
—将原标准的包装方法和包装的技术要求合并为包装的技术要求与方法，可免重复叙述;
—在标准技术要素中补充了包装分级，试验方法，检验规则，使标准的结构，技术要素进一步完善。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders during factory transportation and packaging. This standard is applicable to steel welded gas cylinders with a normal ambient temperature of -400°C to 60°C, a hydraulic pressure test not greater than 3.2MPa, and a nominal volume not less than 150L that can be refilled with liquefied petroleum gas. This standard does not apply to cylinders in use.
