Introduction

Analysis of Standard Technical Framework

Core Indicators Technical Requirements Test Methods Reference Standards
Paper Feeding Precision ≤0.030mm GB/T 3264-2013 6.4.2.1 Overprint Position Deviation Detection
Paper Transfer Precision ≤0.028mm GB/T 3264-2013 6.4.2.2 Multi-color transfer deviation detection
Dot restoration uniformity Difference ≤3% 70 lines/cm square dot test GB/T 7705-2008

Key detection technology points

Measuring point distribution specification: According to the requirements of standard Figure 1, select at least 5 measuring points (four corners + center) for each sample, and use a 25x scale magnifying glass and a reflection densitometer that complies with GB/T 23649 for detection.

Environmental control standards: The testing environment needs to maintain a temperature of 23±5℃ and a humidity of 55±10%. The pH value of the wetting liquid is strictly controlled between 5.0-5.5, and the conductivity is 800-1400μS/cm.

Implementation and application suggestions

  1. CTP plate It is recommended to use high-quality plates with a press life of ≥100,000 prints.
  2. 157g/m² coated paper (GB/T 10335.1) is preferred for test paper, and the thread direction must be perpendicular to the paper feed direction.
  3. When testing printing stability, it is necessary to print continuously at 85% of the maximum speed, and sample 2 sheets for density comparison for every 100 sheets.

Standard evolution analysis

Compared with CY/T 5-1999, the innovations of this standard are: ① Added a quantitative indicator of paper transfer precision (0.028mm); ② Introduced a 3% tolerance standard for dot reproduction uniformity; ③ Clarified the control range of dampening solution temperature (8-12℃). These improvements reflect the higher demands of modern offset printing for color consistency and registration accuracy.
