Scope
This standard specifies the principles and methods for subject indexing of various types and levels of archives during the Republic of China period using the "Thesaurus of Archives Classification of the Republic of China". This standard is applicable to the archives subject indexing work of the Republic of China Archives Catalog Center and archives at all levels in compiling the subject catalogs and indexes of the Republic of China archives and establishing the Republic of China archives database.
