本标准给出了档案库房空气质量检测的方法.
本标准适用于我国各级各类档案馆的档案库房,包括在用档案库房以及新建档案库房.
Introduction
Standard Development Background and Technical Evolution
DA/T 81-2019 is the first systematic air quality testing standard for my country's archives industry, filling the technical gap in the field of archives environmental protection. Based on GB/T 18883-2002 "Indoor Air Quality Standard", this standard combines the particularity of archives carrier materials (such as paper and film are sensitive to sulfides), and adds special testing indicators such as acetic acid and radon concentration.
Comparison of core test items and limits
| Parameter category | Key indicator | Limit requirement | Test method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Physical parameters | Temperature (paper archive) | 14℃~24℃ | GB/T 18204.1 |
| Relative humidity | 45%~60% | JGJ 25-2010 | |
| Fresh air volume | ≥30m³/(h·person) | Appendix A.4 | |
| Chemical pollutants | Formaldehyde | ≤0.10mg/m³ | Phenol reagent spectrophotometry |
| TVOC | ≤0.60mg/m³ | HJ 644/HJ 759 | |
| Acetic acid | ≤0.15mg/m³ | Ion chromatography (Appendix C.2) | |
| Radon (²²²Rn) | ≤400Bq/m³ | GB/T 16147 |
Analysis of technical innovation points
1. Multi-level sampling strategy
The standard requires that the diagonal plum blossom sampling method be used for warehouses with an area of >100m², with the sampling points >0.5m from the wall, >1m from the door and window, and 1-1.5m high. This sampling method can effectively avoid ventilation interference and ensure data representativeness.
2. Special detection of fumigant residues
For fumigants such as phosphine and sulfuryl fluoride commonly used in archive pest control, the standard specifically stipulates that residue detection must be carried out after treatment (detection limit ≤0.01mg/m³), and the GBZ/T 300 series workplace air detection method is used to ensure operational safety.
Implementation suggestions
- Pre-inspection of newly built warehouses: Before opening, a comprehensive inspection is required according to GB 50325 Class II standard, with a focus on decoration pollutants (formaldehyde, TVOC)
- Annual routine inspection: It is recommended to conduct a complete inspection at least once a year, and the air-conditioning system needs to increase the frequency of ozone and PM2.5 monitoring
- Special inspection of special carriers: Silver halide film warehouses should be tested for hydrogen sulfide, and magnetic carrier warehouses need to monitor the number of particles ≥0.5μm
- Key points of quality control: The flow calibration error before and after sampling must be <5%, and the relative deviation of parallel samples must be ≤20%
Breakthrough in technical difficulties
For the detection of low-concentration VOCs in archive warehouses, the standard innovatively proposes:
- The detection limit of tank sampling/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HJ 759) can reach 0.5μg/m³
- The total photoionization detection method (Appendix C.3) enables rapid on-site screening
