本标准适用于具有一般船舶建造工艺流程（包括钢材处理、切割下料、小、中、大、总组装、综合舾装、系泊试验、航行试验)的民用钢质船舶制造企业船舶修正总吨单位产品能耗的计算与考核，以及对新建及改扩建项目的能耗控制。
本标准不适用于大型豪华远洋客船（邮轮)。

Scope
