Scope

This document specifies the gas chromatography method for determining volatile aliphatic amines in waste gas from stationary pollution sources. This document is applicable to the determination of methylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine, ethylamine, diethylamine and triethylamine in the air of organized waste gas and fugitive emission monitoring points from stationary pollution sources. The method detection limit and determination lower limit are detailed in Appendix A.
