1 General Rules

1.0.1 This Standard is formulated with a view to prevent and reduce safety accidents in the production process of fossil-fire power plant (hereinafter referred to as "fossil-fire power plant"). This Standard is formulated base on the principles of "the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China" and "the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China".
1.0.2 This Standard is applicable to the occupational safety facilities and preventive measure design of construction project of construction, extension and renovation, technical renovation and introduction of fossil-fire power plant.
