Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

DL/T 1971-2019 is my country's first operation and maintenance standard specifically for the online monitoring system of hydro-turbine generator sets. It has constructed a three-level technical framework including host computer unit, data acquisition unit and sensor unit. For the first time, the standard defines 7 mandatory requirements for system operation, including:

Key technical requirements

3.1 Operation management

The standard requires the establishment of a three-level inspection system: daily inspection (weekly), regular maintenance (half a year), and special maintenance (combined with unit overhaul). A typical example is that the Three Gorges Power Station uses intelligent inspection robots in conjunction with manual inspections to increase the fault detection rate by 40%.

3.2 Maintenance specifications

Appendix A lists in detail the 12 types of common faults treatment solutions, such as the use of special cleaning agents for oil pollution in sensors, and the gap deviation of vibration sensors should be controlled within the range of ±0.2mm.


Implementation suggestions

4.1 Maintenance process optimization

It is recommended to adopt the PDCA cycle model: refer to Appendix B/C to formulate maintenance cards in the planning stage, use anti-static tooling in the execution stage, and establish an electronic acceptance record in the inspection stage.

4.2 Test management

Systematic tests should include: 72-hour continuous load test of the host computer, power switching test of the data acquisition unit (switching time ≤50ms), and static characteristic test of the sensor (non-linearity <1%).


Standard evolution analysis

Compared with the 2013 version of the technical guidelines, this standard adds: ①Network security equipment operation and maintenance requirements ②Magnetic flux density sensor calibration specifications ③Data integrity verification mechanism. Future revisions may include technical content such as IoT interface specifications and AI diagnostic modules.
