Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
DL/T 2859-2024 is my country's first industry standard for 12kV primary and secondary integrated pole-mounted switches, which specifies the performance requirements of equipment in harsh environments from -40℃ to +40℃. The standard innovatively integrates components such as circuit breakers/load switches, feeder terminals, and transformers to achieve key technical indicators such as fault location accuracy ≤10 meters and permanent magnet mechanism action time ≤70ms.
Key technical requirements
| Technical dimensions | Circuit breaker requirements | Load switch requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanical life | ≥10000 times (vacuum) | ≥5000 times (SF6) |
| Protection level | Common box type IP67/pillar type IP55 | |
| Fault handling time | ≤70ms(permanent magnet) | N/A |
Technological Evolution of Transformers
The standard innovatively proposes three parallel solutions for transformer technologies:
- Electromagnetic transformer: secondary current 1A/5A, accuracy 0.5S level
- Analog electronic: output voltage 1V/0.2V, temperature range -40~70℃
- Digital electronic: supports GB/T 20840.9 digital interface
Typical cases show that the zero-sequence measurement error of electronic transformer can still be controlled within 10% at 120% rated current.
Complete test system
The standard establishes 10 major test items, among which the key innovations include:
- Lightning impulse immunity test: 100% remote control success rate is guaranteed after 5 impulses of positive and negative polarity
- High and low temperature test: Maintain level 1 measurement accuracy under -40℃/6h conditions
- Power supply load test: Supercapacitors need to support 15 minutes of terminal operation
Implementation suggestions
Three suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the standard:
- Give priority to the fully sealed common box type structure, and the diameter of the grounding bolt ≥12mm
- The reclosing parameters are recommended to be set to a three-time sequence of 0.5s+60s+60s
- The aviation plug should have the function of self-shorting the CT terminal to prevent the risk of open circuit
