Technology evolution and standard update

Main revisions of the 2019 version of the standard:

  • New term definitions: 3 items such as fan power consumption and powder making power consumption
  • Optimize the measurement point layout requirements, the measurement points of the powder-containing pipeline require a ≥10D straight pipe section
  • Improve the minimum output test specification for medium-speed mills, requiring a wind speed of ≥18m/s

  2. Data verification: The deviation between the pulverized coal sampling volume and the actual output should be ≤10%
  3. Safety control: Static pressure measurement of the pulverized coal pipeline requires an anti-blocking design
