本标准规定了水电水利工程通航建筑物湿运垂直升船机设计的指导原则和技术要求。
本标准适用于通航船舶300吨级以上，主提升设备采用钢丝绳卷扬提升式和齿轮齿条爬升式，设有平衡重系统的垂直升船机设计。
300吨级以下升船机和其他类型升船机的设计可参照执行。

Scope

This standard stipulates the allowable values of dangerous and interference effects of AC high-voltage overhead transmission lines (referred to as transmission lines) on telecommunications lines, provides calculation methods for danger and interference effects, provides necessary parameters, and proposes protective measures. This standard is applicable to the protection design of three sets of AC overhead transmission lines of 35kV and above for telecommunication lines that meet the requirements of relevant standards.
