Scope
This procedure is applicable to the design and equipment selection of oil and gas systems and pipelines in conventional parts of coal-fired power plants, gas-steam combined cycle power plants, oil-fired power plants and nuclear power plants. Oil and gas pipelines are the general term for oil pipelines and gas pipelines in power plants, including fuel pipelines, lubricating oil pipelines, natural gas pipelines, compressed air pipelines, hydrogen pipelines, oxygen pipelines, nitrogen pipelines, carbon dioxide pipelines and vacuum pipelines, etc. This regulation does not apply to the design of pipelines transporting liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, etc.
