本标准是根据原电力工业部１９９４年电力标准化计划项目的安排，结合电力行业实际需要而制定的。由于火力发电厂的化学水处理、除盐装置、循环水系统以及一般腐蚀性介质流体管路都需采用隔膜问，再加上工作介质性质的不同，以及隔膜件与村里层的材质也有所不同，隔膜阀的结构型式较多且用途各异，因此为了正确地选用隔膜阔而特制定本导则。本标准规定了电站隔膜阀选用的基本要求，包括结构型式、技术要求、材质的选择、试验方法、供货要求及质量保证等。本标准适用于公称压力级ＰＮ≤１.６ＭＰａ、公称通径ＤＮ１５ｍｍ～４００ｍｍ法兰连接的隔膜阀和ＰＮ≤１６ＭＰａ、公称通径ＤＮ８ｍｍ—８０ｍｍ内螺纹连接的隔膜阀。
