本规程适用于110kV及以上的各类新建送变电工程的启动及竣工验收。规模很小的工程和110kV以下送变电工程的启动验收可参照执行。国外成套设备进口的工程还应接合同的规定进行启动及竣工验收。
Scope
This procedure applies to the start-up and completion acceptance of all types of new power transmission and transformation projects of 110kV and above. The start-up acceptance of small-scale projects and power transmission and transformation projects below 110kV can be implemented as a reference. Projects for imported complete sets of equipment from abroad should also be started and completed for acceptance in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
