本标准规定了采用数字测量技术自动测量的高压介质损耗测试仪(以下简称介损仪)的定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、标签、使用说明书、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于介损仪的生产、检验、使用和维修，也适用于绝缘油损耗测试仪。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation, and storage of high-voltage dielectric loss testers (hereinafter referred to as dielectric loss meters) that use digital measurement technology to automatically measure. This standard applies to the production, inspection, use and maintenance of dielectric loss meters, and also applies to insulating oil loss testers.
