Physical index control system

The new standard divides yarn into three categories according to count: high-count yarn (≥70 public count), medium-count yarn (32-70 public count), and low-count yarn (≤32 public count), among which:

  • The requirement for linear density variation coefficient has been increased most significantly, and the single yarn superior product has been tightened from 2.5% to 2.0%
  • Newly added Warp-only Pure wool yarn breaking strength agreement standard

Color fastness innovation requirements

Case: The color fastness requirement for dark-colored products to dry cleaning was raised from level 3-4 to level 4. A cashmere blended spinning company improved the dyeing process and used a new type of fixing agent to increase the compliance rate from 72% to 95%.
