本标准规定了公安消防机构开展建筑工程消防设计审核和消防验收、消防监督检查、火灾原因调查、消防宣传业务所需技术装备的配备原则和配备要求以及装备的维护管理要求等内容。本标准适用于各级公安消防机构。具有法定消防监督职责的公安机关参照执行。法人和其他组织的消防安全管理部门可根据需要参照执行。

Scope

This standard stipulates the principles and equipment requirements for the technical equipment required for public security fire protection agencies to carry out fire protection design review and fire protection acceptance, fire protection supervision and inspection, fire cause investigation, fire protection publicity business, as well as equipment maintenance and management requirements, etc. This standard applies to public security firefighting agencies at all levels. Public security organs with statutory fire supervision responsibilities shall follow suit. The fire safety management departments of legal entities and other organizations may refer to and implement this as necessary.
