《GB 14048.3-2002低压开关设备和控制设备 第3部分:开关、隔离器、隔离开关及熔断器组合电器》由604-2（中国电器工业协会）归口，委托TC189（全国低压电器标准化技术委员会）执行。
本部分适用于额定电压交流不超过1000V或直流不超过1500V的配电电路和电动机电路中的开关、隔离器、隔离开关和熔断器组合电器。
本部分不适用于包括在GB14048.2、GB 14048.4和GB 14048.5范围内的电器。

Scope

This standard applies to switches, isolators, isolating switches and fuse combinations in power distribution circuits and motor circuits with rated voltages not exceeding 1000V AC or 1500V DC. The manufacturer should specify the type, rating and characteristics of the fuse in accordance with the relevant standards of the combined fuse. This Part does not apply to electrical appliances included in the scope of GB 14048.2, GB 14048.4 and GB 14048.5; however, if the switch and fuse combination within the scope of this Part is normally used to start, accelerate and (or) stop a single motor, The additional requirements specified in Appendix A shall be complied with. Auxiliary switches used in electrical appliances in this section shall comply with the requirements of GB 14048.5. This standard does not include additional requirements for explosion-proof electrical appliances. The purpose of this standard is to specify: A) The characteristics of electrical appliances. B) Relevant conditions that electrical appliances should meet: 1) Operation and performance under normal use conditions; 2) Operation and performance under specified abnormal conditions (such as short-circuit conditions); 3) Dielectric properties. C) Tests to demonstrate compliance with these conditions and the methods used to carry out these tests. D) The data that should be marked on the electrical appliance or the data that the manufacturer (such as in the product catalogue) needs to provide.
