《GB 19081-2008饲料加工系统粉尘防爆安全规程》由450（应急管理部）归口，委托TC288SC5（全国安全生产标准化技术委员会粉尘防爆分会）执行。
本标准修订并代替GB 19081-2003 《饲料加工系统粉尘防爆安全规程》。
本标准规定了饲料加工系统粉尘防爆安全的基本要求。
本标准适用于饲料加工系统粉尘防爆的设计、施工、运行和管理。
本标准与GB 19081-2003《饲料加工系统粉尘防爆安全规程》的主要技术变化是：
――增加了粉碎机的喂料系统可设置吸铁及重力沉降机构；
――增加了对磁选设备的要求；
――增加了对烘干机系统的要求；
――对术语的定义、条文内容进行了修改和完善；
――除尘与气力输送系统两章合并，内容作了调整。
