《GB 28052-2011非重复充装焊接钢瓶充装规定》由TC31（全国气瓶标准化技术委员会）归口，TC31SC7（全国气瓶标准化技术委员会气瓶充装分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Scope
This standard specifies the basic principles and safety technical requirements for filling non-refillable welded steel cylinders for industrial use. This standard applies to refrigerants used at an ambient temperature of -40°C to 60°C. The storage medium is classified as Class A refrigerants (limited to low-pressure liquefied gases) by GB/T 7778. The test pressure pr≤6.2 MPa (Table Pressure), volume V≤25L (when pr>3.5MPa, V≤5L) industrial non-refillable welded steel cylinders in compliance with GB 17268 standard.
