《GB/T 10397-2003中小功率柴油机 振动评级》由TC177（全国内燃机标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了利用对整机非旋转和非往复运动零件的测量，以测量和评定整机振动的一般条件及程序。轴振动(包括扭转振动)不属于本标准的范围。本标准一般适用于功率大于100 Kw的刚性或柔性支承的往复活塞式机械，其典型用途为船用主机，船用辅机，柴油发电机组用发动机，空气压缩机和柴油机车用发动机。所提供的通用评定准则适用于运行监控和验收试验，并且也可用以确保直接安装在机械上的设备不致遭受机械振动的有害影响。还需考虑由往复机械驱动或驱动往复机械的配套机械。对此应按有关标准和所加负荷的类别加以评定。本评定准则对考虑机械内部零件的影响可能用途不大，例如与气门、活塞、活塞环等有关的问题就未必能在测量中反映出来，识别这些问题需要使用研究性技术，这已超出本标准的范围，同样噪声也不在本标准范围之内。本标准不适用于安装在道路车辆(如卡车、轿车、自行式工程机械和拖拉机等)上的机械。

Scope

This standard specifies the general conditions and procedures for measuring and evaluating the vibration of the whole machine by measuring the non-rotating and non-reciprocating parts of the whole machine. Shaft vibration (including torsional vibration) is outside the scope of this standard. This standard is generally applicable to rigidly or flexibly supported reciprocating piston machinery with a power greater than 100 kW. Its typical applications are marine main engines, marine auxiliary engines, engines for diesel generator sets, air compressors and engines for diesel locomotives. The general assessment criteria provided are suitable for operational monitoring and acceptance testing, and can also be used to ensure that equipment mounted directly on machinery is not subjected to the harmful effects of mechanical vibration. It is also necessary to consider the supporting machinery driven by the reciprocating machinery or driving the reciprocating machinery. This should be assessed according to the relevant standards and the type of load applied. This rating criterion may not be very useful for considering the effects of mechanical internal parts, for example, problems related to valves, pistons, piston rings, etc. may not be reflected in the measurement. Identifying these problems requires the use of investigative techniques, which are beyond this standard The scope of the same noise is not within the scope of this standard. This standard does not apply to machinery installed on road vehicles (such as trucks, cars, self-propelled construction machinery and tractors, etc.).
