本标准代替GB/T 10458-1989《荞麦》。
本标准规定了荞麦的相关术语和定义、分类、质量要求和卫生要求、检验方法、检验规则、标签标识以及对包装、储存和运输的要求。
本标准适用于收购、储存、运输、加工和销售的商品荞麦。
本标准与GB/T 10458-1989的主要技术差异如下：
———增加了荞麦的分类，将荞麦分为甜荞麦和苦荞麦两类；
———增加了甜荞麦与苦荞麦互混术语，修改了矿物质和杂质的定义；
———增加了苦荞麦的质量指标要求；
———将５个等级调整为３个等级；
———增加了标签标识。

Scope

This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, classification, quality requirements and hygienic requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling and requirements for packaging, storage and transportation of buckwheat. This standard is applicable to the purchase, storage, transportation, processing and sale of commodity buckwheat.
