Mechanical safety
Layered ovensInsulation layer thickness requirements: ≥100mm, anti-drooping fixing measures are required. The gap between the oven door is controlled at ≤1mm, and ovens with a depth of ≥900mm are required to be equipped with a retrieval tool.
Electrical specifications

- Leakage current: ≤0.75mA/kW (upper limit 10mA)
- Grounding resistance: ≤0.1Ω
Sanitation control system
Food contamination protection case
A baking company had food residue at the uneven welding joints of the steel belt tunnel oven. The new standard requires that the joints must be polished smooth to eliminate sanitary dead corners.
Implementation suggestions
- Verify the insulation material test report when purchasing
- Regularly check the outer surface temperature rise of the furnace body (≤65K)
- Establish lubrication records for transmission components
- Perform ground resistance tests every quarter
