本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１０６４５《电热食品烤炉型号编制方法》共同构成电热食品烤炉产品的基础通用性标准。本标准规定了电热食品烤炉产品的型式与主要参数。本标准适用于GB/T10644中规定的电热食品烤炉。本标准从实施之日起，代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１０６４６—１９８９。本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ１０６４６—１９８９《电热食品烤炉型式与主要参数》的修订。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１０６４６—１９８９相比，技术内容作了如下修订：
———增加了“术语和定义”一章；
———细化了烤炉型式；
———增加了散热功耗值等参数。

Scope

This standard specifies the types and main parameters of electric food oven products. This standard applies to electric food ovens specified in GB/T 10644.
