本标准规定了双涡轮液力变矩器的有效直径、公称力矩、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于工程机械、建筑机械、运输及港口机械、石油机械、林业机械用功率为29.4kW～235.2kW，转速范围为1500r/min～2800r/min的双涡轮液力变矩器。

Scope

This standard specifies the effective diameter, nominal torque, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of twin-turbine hydraulic torque converters. This standard applies to twin-turbine hydraulic torque converters with a power of 29.4kW to 235.2kW and a speed range of 1500r/min to 2800r/min for engineering machinery, construction machinery, transportation and port machinery, petroleum machinery, and forestry machinery.
