《GB/T 11049-1989铺地纺织品燃烧性能在室温下片剂试验》由TC113（全国消防标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为应急管理部。
本标准规定了铺地纺织品在控制的实验室条件下，以水平位置暴露于小火源时的表面燃烧性能测定方法。本标准适用于各种组织结构和纤维组分的铺地纺织品。本标准规定试样处于水平位置，所得试验结果不适用于以其他位置使用的铺地纺织品的燃烧性能。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of the surface burning performance of textile floor coverings exposed to a small fire source in a horizontal position under controlled laboratory conditions. This standard is applicable to floor covering textiles with various structures and fiber components. This standard stipulates that the sample is in a horizontal position, and the test results obtained are not applicable to the combustion performance of floor covering textiles used in other positions.
