《GB/T 1135-2004套式机用铰刀和芯轴》由TC91（全国刀具标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了：――端键传动的锥孔（锥度1：30）套式铰刀的尺寸及其公差、标记示例等；――相应的套式铰刀用芯轴尺寸及公差；――套式铰刀的键槽和芯轴的端键；――为了保证套式铰刀和相应的芯轴能互换，还给出了圆锥各要素的详细检验方法。本标准适用于外圆直径大于19.9mm(0.7835in)至101.6(mm)(4in)，锥孔大端直径从10mm(0.3937in)至50(1.9685in)的高速钢套式机用铰刀和相应的芯轴。
Scope
This standard stipulates: ——The dimensions and tolerances of shell reamers with tapered holes (taper 1:30) driven by end keys, marking examples, etc.; ——The corresponding mandrel dimensions and tolerances for shell reamers; —— The keyway of the shell reamer and the end key of the mandrel; —— In order to ensure that the shell reamer and the corresponding mandrel can be interchanged, the detailed inspection method of each element of the cone is also given. This standard is applicable to high-speed steel sleeve type machine reamers and corresponding mandrel.
