《GB/T 11546.1-2008塑料 蠕变性能的测定 第1部分:拉伸蠕变》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC4(全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本部分于1989年首次发布。
GB/T 11546《塑料 蠕变性能的测定》分为两个部分,本部分为GB/T 11546的第1部分。
本部分等同采用ISO 899-1:2003《塑料 蠕变性能的测定》。
GB/T 11546的本部分规定了在预处理、温度和湿度等出定条件下测定塑料标准试样拉伸蠕变的方法。
本部分规定的方法适用于硬制裁和半硬质的非增强、填充和纤维增强的塑料材料(定义见GB/T 2035-2008),适用于直接模塑的哑铃形试样可从薄片或模塑制品机加工所得的试样。
本部分规定的方法可为工程设计、研究和开发提供数据。
本标准代替GB/T 11546―1989相比主要变化如下:
――增加了标称伸长、标称拉伸蠕变应变、标称拉伸蠕变模量的定义和计算公式及应用领域(1.3和3.43.63.8)

Scope

1.1 This part of GB/T 11546 specifies the method for measuring the tensile creep of plastic standard specimens under given conditions such as pretreatment, temperature and humidity. 1.2 The methods specified in this Part are applicable to rigid and semi-rigid non-reinforced, filled and fiber-reinforced plastic materials (see GB/T 2035-2008 for definitions), and are applicable to directly molded dumbbell-shaped specimens or samples from thin sheets or Samples obtained from machining of molded articles. 1.3 The methods specified in this section can provide data for engineering design, research and development. The data for engineering design needs to measure the distance between the specimen markings with an extensometer, and the data for research or quality control can be calculated based on the change in the distance between the grips (nominal elongation). 1.4 Tensile creep will vary greatly with the specimen preparation, specimen size and test environment. The thermal history of the specimen can also have a profound effect on the creep behavior of the specimen (see Appendix A). Therefore, these factors should be carefully controlled for accurate comparison of results. 1.5 If the tensile creep properties are used for engineering design, plastic materials should be tested under a wide range of internal stress, time and environmental conditions.
