《GB/T 11547-2008塑料 耐液体化学试剂性能的测定》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC4（全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了塑料试样在不受外界影响的情况下，浸泡于液体化学试剂中所引起性通能变化的测定。本标准不包含ISO 22088-2：2006、ISO 22088-3：2006和ISO 22088-4：2006所规定的环境应力开裂测试。
本标准适用于所有的固体塑料，如模塑或挤出成型塑料、板材、管材、棒材或厚度大于0.1mm的片材。
本标准不适用于多孔塑料。
本标准仅适用于测定试样表面完全浸没于液体化学试剂的情况。
本标准代替GB/T 11547-1989《塑料 耐液体化学试剂（包括水）性能测试方法》，与GB/T 11547-1989相比主要技术内容改变如下：
――修改了标准名称；
――增加了目次、前言；
――增加了对试样尺寸的具体要求“优先选择试样尺寸为60mm×60mm”；
――将试样的尺寸要求由“50±1mm”更改为“60±1mm”；
――增加了5.2.3.4试样浸泡装置和“5.5.1.8液体吸收体积的测量”。

Scope

This standard specifies the determination of the performance changes of plastic samples immersed in liquid chemical reagents without external influence. This standard does not cover the environmental stress cracking test (ESC) specified in ISO 22088-2:2006, ISO 22088-3:2006 and ISO 22088-4:2006. This standard is only applicable to the situation where the surface of the test sample is completely immersed in the liquid chemical reagent. This standard applies to all possible solid plastics, such as molded or extruded plastics, plates, pipes, rods or sheets with a thickness greater than 0.1 mm. This standard does not apply to porous plastic materials.
