《GB/T 3403.1-2008塑料　粉状脲-甲醛和脲/三聚氰胺-甲醛模塑料（UF-和UF/MF-PMCs） 第1部分： 命名系统和分类基础》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC11（全国塑料标准化技术委员会热固性塑料分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
GB/T 3403《塑料　粉状脲�布兹┖碗澹�三聚氰胺�布兹┠Ｋ芰希�UF-和UF/MF-PMCs）》分为3部分，本部分为GB/T 3403的第1部分。
本部分代替GB/T 3403-1982《氨基模塑料命名》。
GB/T 3403的本部分规定了粉状脲-甲醛和脲/三聚氰胺-甲醛模塑料（UF-和UF/MF-PMCs）命名的字符组系统。
本部分适用于所有粉状、颗粒状或磨碎料的UF-和UF/MF-PMCs。
本部分与GB/T 3403-1982的主要不同如下：
――标准名称改为《塑料 粉状脲-甲醛和脲/三聚氰胺-甲醛模塑料（UF-和UF/MF-PMCs）第1部分：命名系统和分类基础》；
――增加了“规范性引用文件”一章；
――删除了有关三聚氰胺-甲醛的相关内容。

Scope

1.1 This part of GB/T 3403 specifies the character group system for naming powdered urea-formaldehyde and urea/melamine-formaldehyde molding compounds (UF- and UF/MF-PMCs). 1.2 The various types of UF- and UF/MF-PM differ by classification method according to the type and content of filling/reinforcing material, intended processing method, special properties and information on characteristic properties (specified properties) specially used for nomenclature. 1.3 This section applies to all powdery, granular and ground UF- and UF/MF-PMCs. 1.4 Materials with the same designation do not necessarily have the same properties. This section does not provide engineering data, performance data, or processing methods that may be required for the specific application and/or processing of the pending material. If these additional properties are required, they shall be determined according to the test methods specified in Part 2 of this standard. 1.5 When it is necessary to expressly comply with the general data requirements listed in ISO 14527-3:1999, this character set system is also required.
