《GB/T 1171-1996一般用普通V带》由606（中国石油和化学工业联合会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了一般用普通Ｖ带的产品分类、要求、抽样、试验方法及标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存规则。本标准适用于一般机械传动装置用的普通Ｖ带。一般用普通Ｖ带不适用于汽车、农机等特殊机械传动。
Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, sampling, test methods and marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage rules of ordinary V-belts for general use (hereinafter referred to as V-belts). This standard applies to ordinary V-belts used in general mechanical transmissions, and ordinary V-belts for general use are not suitable for special mechanical transmissions such as automobiles and agricultural machinery.
