《GB/T 11919-2001工业用插头插座和耦合器 第2部分:带插销和插套的电器附件的尺寸互换性要求》由TC67（全国电器附件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准适用于主要作工业用途的，户内或户外使用的额定工作电压不超过690V，额定频率500Hz，额定电流不超过120A的插头和插座、电缆耦合器和器具耦合器。
Scope
This standard is applicable to plugs and socket-outlets, cable couplers and appliance couplers mainly used for industrial purposes with a rated working voltage not exceeding 690V, a rated frequency of 500Hz and a rated current not exceeding 125A for indoor or outdoor use. This standard applies to plugs, socket-outlets, cable couplers and appliance couplers fitted with pins and sockets of standard construction. This standard applies to plugs, sockets, cable couplers and appliance couplers used at an ambient temperature of -25°C to 40°C. The possibility of using these electrical accessories on construction sites, agricultural, commercial and domestic use is not excluded. Sockets or appliance inlets incorporated in or fixed to electrical equipment are within the scope of this standard. This standard also applies to electrical accessories in extra-low voltage installations.
