《GB/T 12504-1990计算机软件质量保证计划规范》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本规范规定了在制订软件质量保证计划时应该遵循的统一的基本要求。本规范适用于软件特别是重要软件的质量保证计划的制订工作。对于非重要软件或已经开发好的软件，可以采用本规范规定的要求的子集。

Scope

This specification specifies the unified basic requirements that should be followed when formulating software quality assurance plans. This specification applies to the formulation of quality assurance plans for software, especially important software. For non-essential software or already developed software, a subset of the requirements specified in this specification may be used.
