本标准规定了卫星通信地球站设备与陆地通信设备以及各种终端设备之间的音频信号、信令信号、数据信号、群路信号、电视信号和其他非电话业务信号的接口要求。本标准适用于国内公用卫星通信网和专用卫星通信网中各地球站的地面接口。本标准适用于SCPC/PSK/FDMA、FDM/FM/FDMA和TV／FM等多种调制和多址方式的地球站的地面接口。本标准适用于各种大型地球站和小型通信站、小型数据站以及电视接收站的地面接口。

Scope

This standard specifies the interface requirements for audio signals, signaling signals, data signals, group signals, TV signals and other non-telephone service signals between satellite communication earth station equipment, land communication equipment and various terminal equipment. This standard applies to the ground interface of each earth station in the domestic public satellite communication network and private satellite communication network. This standard is applicable to the ground interface of earth stations with multiple modulation and multiple access methods such as SCPC/Field K/FDA, FDM/FM/FDMA and TV/FM. This standard is applicable to ground interfaces of various large earth stations and small communication stations, small data stations and television receiving stations.
