《GB/T 12585-2001硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶 橡胶片材和橡胶涂覆织物 挥发性液体透过速率的测定(质量法)》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC10(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会涂覆制品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了通过测量透过速率来测定挥发性液体向大气扩散时对橡胶渗透性的两种方法。本方法仅适用于厚度在0.2mm~3.0mm之间的片状材料和涂覆织物。本方法仅限于大于0.1g/m2・h的透过率的测定。本方法尤其适用于对比不同液体对不同橡胶的透过速率及几种液体对同一橡胶的透过速率。方法A:需再填充液体,用于对由几种不同透过率的液体组成的混合物进行试验。方法B:不需再填充液体,用于对单组分液体进行试验。


Scope

This standard specifies two methods for determining the permeability of volatile liquids to rubber when they diffuse into the atmosphere by measuring the transmission rate. This method is only applicable to sheet materials and coated fabrics with a thickness between 0.2mm and 3.0mm. This method is limited to the determination of the transmission rate greater than 0.1g/m2·h. This method is especially suitable for comparing the permeation rate of the same liquid to different rubbers and the permeation rate of several liquids to the same rubber. Method A: Refilling liquid is required for testing a mixture of several liquids with different transmittances. Method B: No need to refill the liquid, used for testing single-component liquids.
