GB/T 12659-2008 in English

《GB/T 12659-2008纸浆实验室打浆 约克罗（Jokro）磨法》由TC141（全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准修改采用ISO 5264-3:1979《纸浆　实验室打浆　第３部分：约克罗（Jokro）磨法》。
本标准与ISO 5264-3:1979的差异参见附录Ｂ。
本标准代替GB/T 12659-1990 《纸浆　实验室打浆　约克罗磨法》。
本标准规定了使用约克罗磨的实验室打浆方法。
本标准适用于各种类型纸浆。但对于某些纤维过长的浆，如棉短绒或亚麻浆，使用本方法得到的结果可能不佳。
本标准与GB/T 12659-1990 相比，主要变化如下：
―――增加了前言部分；
―――增加了附录A、附录B的有关内容；
―――对原标准的某些描述依据国际标准作了改动。

Scope

This standard specifies the laboratory beating method using a Yorkshire mill. This standard applies to various types of pulp. However, for some pulps with excessively long fibers, such as cotton linters or flax pulp, the results obtained by this method may not be good.
