《GB/T 12832-2008橡胶结晶效应的测定 硬度测量法》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC2(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用硬度测量法来测定橡胶由于结晶而引起的随时间逐渐变硬的效应。它限定于在试验温度下初始硬度10IRHD~85IRHD的材料。本标准适用于生胶、未硫化(混炼)胶和硫化橡胶的测定。它主要适用于在低温下有明显结晶趋势的橡胶,如氯丁橡胶和天然橡胶。本标准不适用于在试验温度下调节15min之内达到相当高结晶度的快速结晶材料。本标准等同采用ISO3387:1994《橡胶 用测量硬度来测定其结晶效应》(英文版)。本标准代替GB/T12832―1991《橡胶结晶效应的测定 硬度测量法》。 本标准与GB/T12832―1991相比主要变化如下:
―――对规范性引用文件进行了调整。本版中规范性引用文件GB/T6031同时取代1991年版中引用的标准GB/T6031、GB/T9866、GB/T11207,并已发布;用GB/T2941同时取代1991年版中引用的标准GB/T2941、GB/T9865、GB/T9868(见第2章)。
―――对选择试样厚度的尺寸作出了明确的规定。在本版中根据试样的硬度确定试样厚度的尺寸时,对橡胶试样的硬度范围作了明确的规定(见5.1)。
―――对硬度测量有了新的要求。在本版中,当采用方法L 规定的仪器,且硬度超过35IRHD 时所得到的硬度值在GB/T6031中给出了计算方法,而没有对初始硬度低于85IRHD 时的情况作出规定(见6.1)。
―――对试验温度下初始硬度的测量有了新的要求。本版中在试验温度下对初始硬度进行测量这一步骤不适用于初始硬度大于85IRHD 的材料(见6.3)。
―――增加了试验报告的内容(见第9章)。


Scope

This standard specifies the hardness measurement method to determine the effect of rubber hardening with time due to crystallization. It is limited to materials with an initial hardness of 10 IRHD to 85 IRHD at the test temperature. This standard applies to the determination of raw rubber, unvulcanized (mixed) rubber and vulcanized rubber. It is mainly suitable for rubbers that have a clear tendency to crystallize at low temperatures, such as neoprene and natural rubber. This standard does not apply to rapidly crystallizing materials that achieve a relatively high degree of crystallinity within 15 minutes of conditioning at the test temperature.
