本标准规定了弹性阻尼簧片联轴器的术语、分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、运输和贮存等。
本标准适用于船舶、内燃机车、柴油机发电机组、重型车辆及工业用柴油机动力机组等柴油机动力装置中用以调节机械系统扭转振动的自振频率，降低共振时振幅的联轴器的设计、制造和验收。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of elastic damping reed couplings (hereinafter referred to as couplings). This standard applies to the design and manufacture of couplings used to adjust the natural frequency of torsional vibration of the mechanical system and reduce the amplitude of resonance in diesel engine power devices such as ships, diesel locomotives, diesel engine generator sets, heavy vehicles and industrial diesel engine power sets and acceptance.
