Implementation of Operation Specifications

The following control points must be paid attention to during the test execution:

  • Specimen Preparation:The cutting area needs to be protected by paraffin or special coating, and the depth of artificial scratches must penetrate to the substrate
  • Equipment calibration: The salt spray chamber must be equipped with a two-stage compressed air filter, and the atomization pressure should be controlled at 69-172kPa
  • Parameter recording: Measure the conductivity of the collected liquid every 8 hours, and the density deviation shall not exceed ±0.005g/cm³

Conclusion judgment standard

The main quality criteria are divided into three levels of response:

  1. First-level indicator: protection level ≥9.5 (defect area ≤0.02%)
  2. Second-level indicator: scribe corrosion width ≤1.5mm (organic polymer film)
  3. Third-level indicator: no visible pitting within 1500h (nuclear power grade film layer)
